Annual plot renewal
It is the time of the year when you are required to renew your tenancy for 2026. If you wish to continue with your plot(s), you must complete the online renewal form and make the required payment by 31st December at the very latest. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will assume you no longer wish to maintain your tenancy and your plot will be offered to a member of the waiting list.
Payment can be made by bank transfer to account name West Wickham Allotments Limited, sort code 60-23-22, account number 85286583. Please use your surname and the plot number(s) as the reference.
Alternatively, you can pay directly by cheque by visiting The Trading Shed on Sunday 7th or 14th December between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash or card payments for plot renewals. We will also be available on these dates to help you complete the online renewal form if you experience any problems.
Current plot rentals are:
175 sq. metre plot £62 per annum
125 sq. metre plot £45 per annum
63 sq. metre half-plot £22.50 per annum
If you would like to renew your tenancy for 2026, please complete this short online form.
